Setting The Active Parameters Option

Active Parameters Purpose

This option lets you set up nine sets of custom job parameters with a number
of 1 to 9 assigned to each set of parameters. A single digit can then assign a
complete custom set to a job file. The 0 set is the normal printer default set
of options. Once a parameter set number is specified, you can use the
Printer Control Panel or the Printer Manager Tool software to set up all of the
options for that number.

This option is used to assign a number indicating an active parameter set.

Range: 0 - 9

Default: 0

PATH TO ACTIVE PARAMETERS OPTION

Display , press [ON-LINE], display , press [ENTER],
display , press [NEXT] until is displayed,
press [ENTER], display , press [NEXT] until PARAMETERS > is displayed.

SELECTING THE ACTIVE PARAMETERS OPTION

Press the ENTER key and use the Keypad to change parameter number.
Press ENTER.

EXITING ACTIVE PARAMETERS OPTION

Press EXIT to set up additional functions. Press the ON-LINE key to go back
to ON-LINE mode.
