MINLAB
This parameter specifies the smallest physical block to treat as a
label for undefined labels (LABEL=UNDEF).
Syntax VOLUME MINLAB = option(s)

value Specifies in bytes the maximum length of the
smallest physical block. The value can range from 1
to 4095 bytes. The specified value must be less than
the MAXLAB value and must not exceed the BLOCK
LENGTH.
The default is 80.
