The ambient temperature around the shelf and the air inlet temperature must not
exceed 55°C (131°F).
The Centellis 4100 system regulates the blower speed based on the temperature
sensors present in the system. The blower speed is adjusted to the lowest speed which
still keeps the evaluated temperature readings below or at their respective "upper non-
critical threshold". Hence, the blower speed depends on the ambient temperature, blade
design, temperature threshold settings, and system configuration.
