11.Fasten the four PEM M3 captive screws and torque to 0.90 Nm (8 lbf.in).
12.If you want to connect chassis ground and -48VDC return, you need to connect a
cable from the PEM connections to the chassis grounding lugs (for location, see
Figure "Grounding Lugs at the System's Rear" on page 88
) now.
