Power-Down Before Blade Extraction
When a blade is supposed to be extracted, it needs to be powered down first. As soon as the
blade has reached M6, an IPMI command is sent that tells the payload that the blade will be
powered down. The payload then has time to carry out all necessary steps. The blade is
powered down afterwards.
It may take a long time before the payload has finished carrying out all necessary steps and
the blade can be powered down.
