Example
The following example maps DSCP values 33, 40 and 41 to queue 1.
qos cos
The qos cos Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode command defines the default CoS value of a
port. Use the no form of this command to return to the default configuration.
Syntax
qos cos default-cos
no qos cos
Parameters
•
default-cos — Specifies the default CoS value of the port. (Range: 0 - 7)
Default Configuration
Default CoS value of a port is 0.
Command Mode
Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode
User Guidelines
If the port is trusted, the default CoS value of the port is used to assign a CoS value to all untagged packets
entering the port.
Example
The following example configures port 1/g15 default CoS value to 3.
show qos map
The show qos map User EXEC mode command displays all QoS maps.
Syntax
show qos map [dscp-queue]
Console(config)# qos map dscp-queue 33 40 41 to 1
Console(config)# interface ethernet 1/g15
Console(config-if) qos cos 3
