was encountered in CLI.
Collect the following information, and
then contact your HP technical support
representative.

CLI log file

CLI property file
•
Contents entered on the command
line
•
An executed batch file if a batch
was executed.
•
Device Manager server log.
Text is omitted from the
displayed error message.
CAUSE: A maximum of 256
characters can be displayed for
the main body of an error
message.
Check the omitted contents in the CLI
log file.
An error message that includes
the following character is
displayed when a command of
Device Manager CLI is
executed:
user group
CAUSE: The settings related to
the resource group might not be
correct.
Check the settings related to the
resource group, and then re-execute the
command.
The following message is
displayed when a Device
Manager CLI command is
executed:
[KAIC07472-E]
Subsystem
information
is not
consistent.
Perform a
refresh
of the
subsystem,
and then try
again.
CAUSE: The configuration in the
Device Manager database is
inconsistent with the configuration
of the actual storage subsystem
information.
Use the AddStorageArray command
to refresh the storage subsystem
information. Verify that the value of
statusOfDBInconsistency
indicated below An instance of
StorageArray
in the command
execution results is 0, and then re-
execute the command.
