Shorting the Load
Description The Short key can be used to simulate a short
circuit of the load input terminals. A short
circuit is simulated by:
 Setting the current to the maximum value in CC
mode.
 Setting the resistance to the minimum value in
CR mode.
 Setting the voltage to the minimum value in CV
mode.
 Setting the power to the maximum value in CP
mode.
 When the load is shorted, the external controller
also sends a short signal. See page 149 for usage
details.
