Description Protects the arbitrary waveform currently in non-

Parameter Start address*: 0~1048,576
Length*: 0 ~ 1048,576
Scale: ±32767
* Start + Length ≤ 1,048,576
Example SOUR1:ARB:BUIL:SIN 1000, 1000, 100
Creates a sin wave 1000 points in length with a
scale of 100 and a start address of 1000.
