Queue
Time spent on queue calls. Number of calls displayed in parenthesis.
Inbound
Time spent on inbound, non-queue calls. Number of calls displayed in
parenthesis.
Outbound
Time spent on outbound, non-queue calls. Number of calls displayed in
parenthesis.
Internal
Time spent on internal, non-queue calls. Number of calls displayed in
parenthesis.
Pause Time
Time spent paused out of the queue. Number of calls displayed in
parenthesis.
