4)
A PREV
or
A NEXT
may not extend the audio to the specified point when
performing audio split editing of a playlist. In this case, the following warning
icons are displayed:
However, an audio extension you set using
A NEXT
may not be detected on the
system and the warning will not always be displayed. Therefore, note that you need
to listen to the audio to confirm if it is actually extended.
5) A Loop record train is created each time you stop and resume recording and it
consumes large disk space. For example, if the record train allocation is set to three
hours, three-hour space is consumed from the beginning to the end of the first
recording. Then, additional three-hour space is consumed when the second
recording begins, which means that the total six-hour space is consumed. Please be
aware of this fact.
6) Continuous recording for a long period of time, with the LoopRec setting turned
on, may delay the system reactions to your operations to trim an event in a highlight
or playlist. If you want to perform a prolonged operation with the LoopRec setting
turned on, you should restart your K2 Dyno Controller at least once a week.
7) You cannot create a highlight with open-end (12 hours-2 frames) when the
LoopRec setting is turned on.
8) Although it is possible to set an Out point to any unrecorded timecode position (a
few seconds or minutes ahead), it may take very long for the system to store a
highlight.
