Editing keywords
• Category names are displayed in orange and keywords are displayed in white.
• If you want to delete a category folder or keyword, select the panel and click
Edit | Delete Selection Item in the menu bar.
NOTE: Keywords and icons of a different file can be merged with a file you are
editing. Click
File | Merge file... and specify a file to be merged.
You can also drag and drop a different file onto the file you are editing to merge
them.
NOTE: You can copy and paste keywords from an Excel file to enter them. Each
string entered in a single cell in an Excel file becomes a single keyword.
5. Click File | Save as... in the menu bar to name and save the file.
• If you want to overwrite the existing file, click Save .
