CAUTION:
•
When the authentication mode is set to local, configure the local password before switching a user to a
higher user privilege level.
•
When the authentication mode is set to scheme, configure AAA related parameters before switching a
user to a higher user privilege level.
•
The privilege level switch fails after three consecutive unsuccessful password attempts.

Modifying Command Level
All the commands in a view are defaulted to different levels, as shown in
. The administrator can
change the default command level to a lower or higher level to make users of a lower level use
commands with a higher level or to improve device security.

When multiple users enter system view concurrently to configure certain attribute, only the last
configuration applies.

When the number of users has reached the upper limit, other users cannot enter system view.
