SNMPv1/SNMPv2c Configuration Example
Network requirements

As shown in
, the NMS connects to the agent through an Ethernet.

The IP address of the NMS is 1.1.1.2/24.

The IP address of the agent is 1.1.1.1/24.

The NMS monitors and manages the agent using SNMPv1 or SNMPv2c. The agent reports errors
or faults to the NMS.
