Channel Lockstep Enable
Disable (Default) Enable/Disable x8 SDDC (Single Device
Data Correction) for correction of any x4 or
x8 DRAM failure. Channel Mirroring and
Channel Lockstep mode is mutually
exclusive.
Patrol Scrubbing Enable
Disable (Default) Periodically reads each DRAM location and
corrects or scrubs any correctable errors by
writing the corrected data back to DRAM.
Demand Scrubbing Enable
Disable (Default) Corrects and scrubs any correctable errors
by writing the corrected data back to
DRAM after a corrected read error.
Data Poisoning Enable
Disable (Default) Synchronously signals uncorrectable
errors along with the data from a source of
data to its destination
ECC Correctable Error Log Enable
Disable (Default)
Controls whether ECC correctable error are
logged
ECC Uncorrectable Error
