The FPGA emulates the CPA9555 device. Each CPU has two devices attached to the
corresponding I2C bus (SMBus). The I2C slave addresses are 0x20 for the first device and 0x21
for the second device.

EMILS Input Manual retention latch status or
Electromechanical latch status input
indicates that the retention latch is closed
or open. Manual retention latch is used on
the platform to mechanically hold the card
in place and can be opened/closed
manually. Electromechanical latch is used
to electromechanically hold the card in
place and is operated by software. MRL# is
used for card-edge and EMLSTS# is used for
