Description:
This function declares a sink (RX) instance to the system library. It should be
invoked once for each existing sink instance, starting from
rx_idx
= 0
. After all
sinks have been declared, invoke
btc_dprx_syslib_
init

.

—Pointer for maximum number of sinks supported

mst_support
—Pointer for MST support
Description:
This function returns information about the system library capabilities. On return,
max_sink_num
is set with the maximum number of supported sink instances (1 - 4)
and
mst_support
is set to zero if MST is not supported and 1 if it is supported.
