8. Setups
• If a job flow sheet
is
already linked/associated to this mailbox,
the following screen on appears.
•
Cut Link:
Disassociate the job flow from the mailbox.
•
Create/Change Link:
A screen for job flow association
appears. You can select from the existing job flows or
create a new job flow.
For more information, refer to Job Flow Sheets page 162.

Auto Start:
If you select the
Auto Start
check box, when
a document is stored in the mailbox, the procedure
registered in the job flow is automatically is started.
When the Delete Mailbox
button is selected
This deletes the selected mailbox. If there are documents in the
box, they are all deleted.
KEY POINT:
The deleted documents cannot be retrieved. When
deleting a mailbox with more than 200 stored documents, delete
the documents from the mailbox before deleting the mailbox. If
multiple documents are deleted at once, it may take a while for
them to be deleted (depending on size).
