6. Computer Operations

Poster

Splits one page of print data into multiple sheets of paper and

expands the printed image to fit the size of each sheet. Used

when making large posters, for example.

Booklet Creation

If 2-sided printing is supported, then 2-sided printing and page

allocations are fitted for printing booklets in the correct page order.

Transparency Separators

A blank sheet of paper is automatically inserted as a separator

each time that a transparency is printed.

Watermark/Forms

Prints fixed text, such as "Confidential," over the print data.

Secure Print

Temporarily stores the print data on the machine, and waits for a

print command from the device before printing. Used when

printing confidential documents, for example.

Sample Print

When printing multiple copies of a document, you can first print a

confirmation copy and then print the rest from the machine.

Delayed Print

Temporarily stores the print data on the machine, and prints can

be made at specified time.

Charge Print

Temporarily stores the print data on the machine for each UserID,

and waits for a print command from the machine before printing.

E-mail Print

You can send e-mail with TIFF or PDF documents attached from a

computer to the machine. Received e-mail is automatically

printed.
