Support Microsoft Hot Fix for Spire CXP3535

(Based Win 2000 OS) Color Servers

General:

Creo has approved the use of the Hot Fix for the specific Spire color servers as mentioned

above.

Customers that are running the CXP3535 can use the following Hot Fix that is required for this

operating system.

Files to be used:

Please note that the following files should be downloaded from the Microsoft Home page:

To Install the Hot Fit:

Exit the Spire application.

Copy the specific Hot Fix to the Spire Desktop.

Double-click the Hot Fix to run. Will need to Restart the Computer after each install.
