3 Use the Bates Numbering Modify window to specify the Endorsement , Text Message , and
Position information (see “Bates Numbering format window” on page 140).
4 Click Save to return to the Bates Numbering tab.
5 Click Save to save the new format.
To manage existing Bates Numbering formats:
1 In the console tree, click System Information > Properties and then select the Bates
Numbering tab.
2 Under Configure Formats , select the format.
3 Click Modify to change the format, Rename to rename the format, or Delete to delete the
format.
The list shows the formats in alphabetical order. If you do not enter the format names in
alphabetical order, you can click
Refresh to update the list.
4 Click Save .
