4 Select the Local Address Book tab, then specify the settings.
5 On the Content tab, specify the settings (see “Configuring the Content settings” on page 64).
6 If you want to use the Express mode, select the
Express tab, then specify the Express settings
(see “Configuring Express” on page 66 ).
7 Click Save , select or specify the profile name, then click Save .
To configure services for the eCopy Connector for SMTP using LDAP:
1 In the console tree, select LDAP/SMTP > Services .
2 Configure the connector services (see “About configuring connector Services” on page 75 ).
3 Click Save , select the profile name, then click Save .

Address Book Enable Allows users to search for and select recipients from the
local address book.
Search On Specifies whether to search the address list by first name,
last name, or common name. For example, if you select Last
Name, the client displays last names followed by first
names, as in “Martinez, Paolo”. The user then enters the
first few characters of the recipient’s last name. How
ShareScan OP searches for a matching name depends on
the Search Behavior setting.
Create Creates a new address book using MSDE (see “Creating an
address book database” on page 73).
Choose Configures the connector to use the address book see
“Configuring a connector to use the address book” on
page 74).
Add Adds an entry to the address book.
Delete Deletes the selected entry.
Delete All Deletes all entries in the address book.
Import/
Export Imports or exports address lists as text files with a list of
comma-separated values (CSV) in the following format:
Last_Name,First_Name,Email_Address.
