To update the HMI, you must have a Function Key configured to Import e-mail settings and contacts.
In the Function Key object’s properties, select Import user data/Use [USB Security Key] and click the Settings button.
Select Import e-mail settings and contacts under Function mode. Select the Data position (SD card or USB disk). Click
OK and select an appropriate shape and label for the Function Key. Pressing the Function Key on the HMI during
runtime will import the new e-mail contacts to the HMI.
