NAT Redirection
Translates private IP addresses into public addresses.
Auto-configuration: The public address is automatically designated by the
system.
A designated IP: The public address is manually designated by the IT
administrator.
Max. Downstream & Upstream Bandwidth
The IT administrator must define a proper bandwidth for each of them in order
that the device may use it as a basis for operating.
Disconnect if idle for…minutes
The device may be configured to automatically disconnect when idle for a period
of time upon using PPPoE connection. The time unit is minute; enter a number
from 1 to 99,999 inclusive as the basis of disconnection, or “0” to stay
connected.
Connection Type (As Interface Type set to DMZ)
Please refer to “
Connection Type (As Interface Type set to LAN)
”.
Bonding
Network Bonding allows you to aggregate the bandwidth of multiple interfaces
into a single connection.
Bonding Interface
Configuring the interface. (LAN, WAN or DMZ)
Bonding Mode
The three available modes are as follows:
Round-Robin: Transmits packets in sequential order from the first available
slave port through the last. (Prerequisite: A switch that supports port
trunking.)
Active-Backup: Only one slave port in the bond is active; a different slave
port becomes active only if the active one fails.
IEEE 802.3 ad Link Aggregation: Transmits and receives packets using all
slave ports in one active aggregator. (Prerequisite: A switch that supports
IEEE 802.3ad Dynamic link aggregation.)
