8.1 User / Group Authentication

8.1.1 Regulating Internet Access with a Policy

Step 1. Go

to Policy Object > Authentication > Account, and then create some

users who require to be authenticated.

Note：

1. The IT administrator may export the Authentication user list for safe keeping, and restore the

list if needed.

2. To use authentication, LAN users must configure their Preferred DNS server in Internet

Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties to be the same as the LAN interface address of CS-2001.
