Terms in QQ Account Manager
IM Logging Setting
 Configures the storage lifetime of IM logging.
Enable Block QQ access with an invalid password
 The QQ messenger uses encryption. Thus, the CS-2001 device can only record
the content of users whose account and password have been verified or
authenticated by the device. If Block QQ access with an invalid password is
not selected, the unauthenticated users may log into the QQ messenger but not be
monitored by the CS-2001 device.
QQ Account Manager
 Manages the use of QQ messenger. To log into the QQ messenger, users must
add their accounts to the QQ user list. Users may log into the Web interface to
add their own account. (The management IP address appended with qq, e.g.,
http://192.168.1.1/qq)
Note:
1. The meaning of symbols under IM Recording > Configuration > QQ Account Manager:
Symbol Meaning Description
Valid Password
The user’s account and password is valid. The CS-2001 device
may record the user’s use of QQ messenger.
Unauthenticated
Password
The user’s password has not been authenticated yet.
Invalid Password
The user’s password is invalid. The CS-2001 device may not
be able to record the user’s use of QQ messenger.
2. The CS-2001 wll authenticate the user’s account and password when the user attempts to log
into the QQ messenger.
