Terms in Policy
Source Address & Destination Address
 Source address and Destination address is based around using the device as a
point of reference. The initiating point of a session is referred to as the source
address.
Service
 The service to be regulated. Available options are the system default services and
the customized services.
Option
 It shows the function that had been activated. When a function is activated, the
symbol corresponding to it will appear. (see the table below)
Symbol Meaning Description
Schedule Activated as per the configured scheduled time.
Authentication Authentication user activated.
Packet Logging Packet Logging activated.
Traffic Grapher Traffic Grapher activated.
IDP IDP activated.
Web Filter Web Filter activated.
Application Blocking Application blocking activated.
Anti-Virus,
Anti-Spam, Mail
Archiving/ Auditing
Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Mail Archiving/ Auditing
activated.
QoS QoS activated.
Web App Firewall Web App Firewall activated.
IM Recording IM Recording activated.
IP Redirection
Three types can be selected, Automatic, Routing
and NAT.
Schedule
 The time by which a policy executes.
