Chapter 23 Reports
The records of MSN and QQ messengers are shown in the form of easy-to-read
log and statistics.
Terms in Settings
Periodic Report Scheduling Settings
 It can generate and send out the periodic report to the designated recipient(s) on
schedules.
 You may configure the max. number of items per statistic chart.
Historical Report Scheduling Settings
 It can generate and send the history report to the designated recipient(s) on
schedules.
 Go to System > Configuration > Settings, configure the Email
Notification Settings. Then, go to IM Recording > Reports > Settings
and set as below:
 In the Periodic Report Scheduling Settings section, tick Enable the
mailing of Periodic Report and then select Yearly report, Monthly
report, Weekly report and Daily report.
 Max. items per Statistics Chart: enter 0. (0 : shows all available
items)
 Click OK.

 The designated recipient will receive the reports on schedules.

 In the Historical Report Scheduling Settings section, tick a desired
period and specify a date for it. （Figure 23-4）
 Click Send Report.
 The designated recipients will receive reports on schedules.

Note:
1. Periodic report schedule:
 Yearly Report: Creates the report at 00.35 on January 1.
 Monthly Report: Creates the report at 00.35 on the first day of the month.
 Weekly Report: Creates the report at 00.35 on the first day of the week.
 Daily Report: Creates the report at 00.35 everyday.
