To train spam filtering:
Step 5. In Outlook Express, forward all spam emails in the Inbox as attachment to
[email protected]:
 In Inbox, select all spam emails, right-click any of the selected emails,
and then click Forward As Attachment on shortcut menu. （Figure
13-67）
 In the New Message window, type
[email protected] in the
To field, type “Spam” in the Subject field, leave out the message
content, and then click Send. （Figure 13-68）
