Terms in Logs

Search

 Available searching criteria are: date, sender, sender IP, recipient, attachment,

subject, attribute and process.
 Go to Mail Security > Mail Reports > Logs, click the Search icon and

then set as below:
 Enable the searching duration and then specify a period of time.
 Type the keyword in the Recipient field.
 Select All for Attachment.
 Select All for Attribute.
 Select All processes for Process.
 Click Search.

 To store the searching results in the local computer, click the

Download Report button.

 To export the searched emails, click the Export Mail button.
