To train ham filtering:
Step 6. In Outlook Express, forward all normal emails in the Inbox as attachment
to [email protected]:
 In Inbox, select all normal emails, right-click any of the selected
emails, and then click Forward As Attachment on shortcut menu.

 In the New Message window, type
[email protected] in the
To field, type “Ham” in the Subject field, leave out the message
