[:SOURce[]]:HARMonic:ORDEr? [MINimum|MAXimum]
Description Set the highest order of harmonic that can be outputted in the harmonic function of
the specified channel.
Query the highest order of harmonic that can be outputted in the harmonic function
of the specified channel.

Explanation  When [:SOURce[]] or [] is omitted, the system sets the related
parameters of CH1 by default.
 The range of the highest order of harmonic is limited by the maximum output
