Note :
specifications effective when #6019
DO= 1.
If #6019 DO = O, rapid traverse is effective
regardless of this parameter specification.
Specifies the delay time for checking the
spindle speed reaching signal (SAG R).
Setting:
Setting range: O to 32767
Specifies the feedrate for the rapid traverse
section in circle cutting (G12, G 13) .
Setting : “ 1“ = 1
or 0.1 inch/rein
Setting range : 0 to 30000
Specifies the maximum feedrate for
designation.
Setting : “ 1“ = 1 mm/min or 0.1 inch/rein
Setting range : 0 to 30000
Note :
The maximum feedrate for
-F4 com-
mands is set in #6226 and that for F5-F9
commands in #6227. Any feedrates increased on
manual pulse generators are bunched into these
settings.
Specifies the
feedrate for the linear axes
(x, Y, z, u, v, w).
Setting : “ 1“ = 1
or 0.1 inch/rein
Setting range : 0 to 30000
Specifies the maximum feedrate for the rotary
axes (A, B, C).
Setting : “ 1“ = 1000 deg/min
Setting range : 0 to 30000
Note:
Any feedrate greater than those set in
#6228 and #6229 are bunched into those settings.
When a circular path is drawn in tool radius
compensation outside a corner approaching
180°, the movement follows on a
small
circular arc.
In this, arc movement is con-
sidered to affect the
surface
machining, this parameter is used to set
the critical arc value.
Setting :
“l” = 0.001
or
0.001 inch/rein
Setting range : 0 to 32767
The corner arc setting is ignored when:
A
Y
#6230
Standard setting = 5
Specifies the
speed for rapid traverse
o v e r r i d e .
Setting :
=
or 0.1 inch/rein
Setting range : 0 to 30000
Specifies the feedrate in the skip function
Setting : “ 1“ = 1 mm/min or 0.1 inch/rein
Setting range : 0 to 30000
Note :
This setting is effective when parameter
= 1.
