TRANSACTION MESSAGES
The following is a list of transaction messages that may appear in the ERROR column. If no
message appears, fueling was completed within the coded limitation range with authorized fuel, by
an authorized user. In compacted transaction format, these messages appear as two-digit codes.
See the PC command for a list of codes and messages.
ALLOC LIMIT
Allocation option only. A fueling transaction was terminated because the user ran out of his
allocated amount of fuel.
CARD EXPIRED
Mag card only. The card has expired; no access permitted.
CODE CARD
A code card was entered, changing the sign-on password to GASBOY.
DELIVERY
Fuel Delivery and Dipstick Card Option only. A fuel delivery card was used to enter a fuel
delivery and update the inventory totalizer.
DIPSTICK
Fuel Delivery and Dipstick Card Option only. A dipstick card was used to enter a dipstick
reading.
EMERG. STOP
The Emergency Stop button was pressed.
GATE ENTRY
Gate Controller only. The gate controller was activated through card reader.
INVALID FUEL
User attempted access to fuel product not authorized on his card; no access permitted.
INVALID HOURS
LPH option only. Appears in transaction listings. An incorrect hours reading was entered.
Product may be dispensed in the next transaction.
INVALID ODOM
L/100KM option only. Appears in transaction listings. An incorrect odometer reading was
entered. Product may be dispensed in the next transaction.
INVALID PUMP
User selected a pump that does not exist.
INVALID TANK
Fuel Delivery and Dipstick Card Option only. An invalid tank number was selected when
using a fuel delivery or dipstick card.
INV CARD FMT
Mag card only. Necessary card data is missing. In a single card system, appears when field
separators are found instead of card data. In a dual card system, appears when the
combined data from both cards does not provide all necessary information.
