Edit an Existing Vehicle Record
1. At
the * prompt, type LV. The system displays: VEH. NO.
2. Enter the vehicle number and press RETURN. The system displays RECORD EXISTS
ALREADY EDIT THIS VEHICLE RECORD? .
3. Type
Y. If the L/100KM calculation option was previously enabled, the system displays
DISABLE L/100KM CALCULATION? . Type Y to disable L/100KM calculation
and reasonable odometer check for this vehicle. If you type N or press RETURN without an
entry, the L/100KM calculation and reasonable odometer check option will remain enabled for
this vehicle record. The VEH. NO. prompt reappears after receiving an entry. Proceed to
Step 5.
If the L/100KM calculation was previously disabled, the system displays ENABLE L/100KM
CALCULATION? . Type Y to enable L/100KM calculation and reasonable
odometer check for this vehicle. The system displays: BEGIN ODOM: and you may proceed
to Step 4. If you type N or press RETURN without an entry, the L/100KM calculation and
reasonable odometer check option remains disabled for this vehicle record. The VEH. NO.
prompt reappears. Proceed to Step 5.

In response to the BEGIN ODOM: prompt, type the vehicle’s present odometer reading (up
to six digits) and press RETURN. The VEH. NO. prompt reappears.
5.
To edit additional vehicle records, repeat this procedure from Step 2.
To stop editing existing vehicle records, press RETURN at the VEH. NO. prompt. The *
prompt reappears.
