VF - PRINT VEHICLE FILE
Use the VF command to print the contents of the vehicle file. The vehicle file is different for
L/100KM and LPH. Both are shown below.
1. At
the
*
prompt, type VF. The listing prints.
For L/100KM, this listing includes: the maximum kilometers between fuelings, the vehicle number,
beginning and ending odometer, total kilometers driven, total liters used, the L/100KM calculation
(for vehicles with the option enabled), and a status message.

N/A will be displayed in the L/100 field if the L/100KM calculation and
reasonable odometer check option has been disabled for this vehicle.
The status messages appear in the last column of the report. Status messages and their
meanings are:
HIGH
The L/100KM calculation was above 50
LOW
The L/100KM calculation was below 5

The last odometer entry was less than the beginning odometer and could not be
recorded. Fueling was allowed.

The record has an initial value; no transactions occurred since it was initialized.

The ending odometer reading was entered via the data terminal
For LPH, this listing includes: the maximum hours between fuelings, the vehicle number,
beginning and ending hours, accumulated hours, liters used, the LPH calculation (for
vehicles/equipment with the option enabled), and a status message.
