Sets or returns Alarm Mask conditions in the form abcdefghijkl, where:
a = Tx FIFO
b = G.703 BPV
c = Tx-AIS
d = Rx AGC Alarm
e = Eb/No Alarm
f = Rx-AIS
g = Buffer slip
h = Ext Reference alarm
i = BUC alarm
j = LNB alarm
k = G.703 Loss of Signal alarm (0 = unmasked, 1 = masked)
l = spare
Notes:
1) Query response of 0 (unmasked/active) or 1 (masked) is provided for each
parameter.
2) For argument k, if G703 CEx FAST option is not installed or Tx clock is not
Internal, only 1(masked) is allowed.

0 = Power Off
