Using the Support Ticket generation screen

L&TT can automatically generate a support ticket based on information that the program determines
about the system. The information in this support ticket can then be used to diagnose storage
hardware issues. L&TT can automatically e-mail the support ticket to the HP help desk to assist the
help desk technician in resolving issues.

To access the Support Ticket generation screen, click the device you want to generate the support
ticket for in the device list, and then click Support on the main toolbar.
