COUNTER
The frequency counter function can be turned on remotely to control
the frequency counter.
COUNTER:STATE

Description Turns the frequency counter function on or off.
Syntax COUNter:STATe {ON|OFF}

Turns the frequency counter on
Query Syntax COUNter:STATe?
Return Parameter 1 ON

Turns on the frequency counter.
