Maintenance Tab
The maintenance tab lets you perform several maintenance
operations, XYP commands, and calibration and verification
commands as you feel appropriate during system use.

As-Needed Maintenance
Operations
Performing these operations helps maintain your system and keep it
in optimal working condition. Follow the step-by-step instructions
for each operation (found after this section) when using as-needed
maintenance operations:

Warmup
•
Prime
•
Backflush
•
Alcohol Flush
•
Sanitize - may be restricted to reservoir due to volume
requirement
•
Wash
•
Drain
•
Soak
•
Self Diagnostics
The following table shows a recommended use schedule for as-
needed maintenance operations.
Note:
The Sanitize command
performs a similar function to the
alcohol flush command.
However, the sanitize command
uses 10% household bleach to
decontaminate sample lines and
the cuvette after biohazard
contact.
