Edit Menu
Information from batches may be copied into other documents or
batches. The edit menu serves this purpose. It lets you copy and paste
data from your batch.
Copy Information From
Your Batch
‹ To copy information from the current batch:
1. Select the information or area of information you want to copy.
2. Right-click on the information with your mouse and drag to
Copy. The system copies the information to the PC’s clipboard.
Paste Information From
Your Batch
‹ To paste information from the current batch into another
document or batch:
1. Open the software to a document where you want to paste the
information.
2. Right click your mouse and drag to Paste. The copied
information from the batch appears in the document.
Clear Your Batch From
the System
This command clears the entire batch from the Run Batch dialog
box.
Once you choose to clear the batch and verify that you are sure you
want to continue with the command, you can regain the cleared batch
if it has not been run yet clicking Open Batch.
‹ To clear the batch:
1. Right-click the information with your mouse and drag to Clear.
A dialog box prompts you to see if you are sure.

2. Click Yes. The batch clears from the screen.
Clear the Message Log
This command clears the message log on the Diagnostics tab. It does
not erase the message log file in the database.
