Remove Items
From Favorites
‹ To remove items from the favorites section:
1. Select the item you want to remove from the favorites list.
2. Click Remove. The item disappears from the favorites list.
Data Acquisition
Categories
The main screen contains categories representing different phases of
data acquisition. Each category consists of a group of command
buttons associated with typical phases of data acquisition. At the
click of a button, the system performs or initiates the process to
perform the function for the button you click.
The Daily Startup section allows you to perform the recommended
daily startup procedure by selecting the buttons in the order they
appear. These buttons include warm up, prime, alcohol flush, and
wash the system (sheath fluid). See “Maintenance Tab” on page 7-18
for more detailed information regarding startup functions.
The Instrument Calibration section lets you perform system
calibration and control functions. This section within the home tab
contains CAL1, CAL2, CON1, and CON2 buttons.
The Batch Setup section lets you create a new batch, create a multi-
batch, and create new lots for an assay’s standards and controls.
The Reports and Analysis section lets you analyze the data acquired
from your batches as well as compile and print reports from this
analysis.
The Daily Shutdown section consists of two operations typically
recommended during daily shutdown procedures. This section lets
you sanitize (bleach) and soak (distilled water) the system.
