3. Enter the information (for example, a patient report) and click
Next. Another information dialog box appears where you need to
enter the information specific to the type of report the system is
compiling.

4. Select the patient about which you want to compile the report.
5. Click the Finish button. A report appears using the information
you entered. You may have more then one dialog box in which
to enter information.
