Power Input
Module
The power input module operates from 100 to 120 Vac, 200 to 240
Vac and 47 to 63 Hz. The power input module contains the Luminex
100 analyzer on/off switch and fuses.

Port (SB9-PIN)
Used to connect the Luminex 100 analyzer or the XYP instrument to
the computer.
Luminex 100
Analyzer
Ventilation Filter
Located on the bottom of the Luminex 100 analyzer, the filter must
be checked and cleaned as necessary. For proper ventilation, do not
obstruct the area below and allow at least 2 inches (5 cm) of
clearance around the instrument.
XYP Instrument
Ventilation Filter
Located at the back of the XYP instrument, the filter cleans the air
that cools the internal components of the XYP instrument.
