11.3 4000 Series II Panels
11.3.1 Important Information
Before attempting any upgrade, ensure that anti static precautions are taken, as the
Eclipse items are sensitive to static discharges.
This section describes the upgrade procedures for the boot proms of 4000 series II
panels.
This may be required for customers migrating from Drake 4000 series II systems to
Eclipse.
Note: after upgrading the 4000 Series II boot proms – the panel will need an
application upgrade – see section 11.1.3 Upgrade Steps.
