12.3.2 Procedure
1. Install FlashMagic
2. Connect the PC to the Serial Programming port of the Tel14 processor card.

3. Power up the Tel-14
4. Start FlashMagic
5. Configure FlashMagic; the screenshot has a number of "boxes" which are
numbered (purple numbers) from 1 to 5
