2. From the Windows desktop select Start –> Programs –> Clear-Com –> Eclipse
Configuration System -> Uninstall ECS Application.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts.
9.3.4 Uninstalling ECS versions 4.0 or LATER VERSIONS
1. Close ECS.
2. From the Windows desktop select Start –> Control panel –> Add/Remove
programme –> Eclipse Configuration System .
3. Select Remove .
4. Follow the on-screen prompts.
If IIS is installed and running, ECS uninstall may fail due to IIS holding locks on the
SQL Server database. To prevent this, stop IIS prior to uninstalling ECS.
