18. Confirm that the configuration card resets and restarts correctly and that the
OK LED on the front of the card double flashes indicating that there is no
configuration present in the card.
19. Set the board DIP switches to have watchdogs enabled (the normal operating
mode) as shown below.

20. Power cycle the Eclipse-PiCo/E32 so the DIP switch changes come into effect.
21. Proceed to serially download a basic configuration map to the cards using
ECS – This will then allow you to make any further configuration changes via
Ethernet LAN (See ECS programming manual for how to setup a basic
configuration).
