Accept the default install settings, except for USB drivers, which can be
turned off.
2. Start the Renesas Flash Development Toolkit 3.4 from ‘Programs’ selecting
the ‘Basic’ Startup option.

3. Configure the FDT as follows using the prompt screens. The first time the
flash programmer is run the settings options shown below will be displayed by
default. After the flash programmer has been configured the settings options
will not be displayed by default. In order to access the settings select the
‘Options’ menu and ‘New Settings..’ to display the settings screens.
