You may need to hit return in the s4driver main window to get the download started.
Note that the S4 driver only supports the 8.3 naming convention hence
Windows XP file and folder names will appear slightly corrupted in the
select file to download dialogue.

15. Confirm that the configuration card resets and restarts correctly and that the
OK LED on the front of the card double flashes indicating that there is no
configuration present in the card.
16. Set the board DIP switches to have watchdogs enabled (the normal operating
mode) as shown below.
